We USDV (Universal Standard VisionTechnology Corporation)established in March, 2016 as a machine visioninspection system equipmentmanufacturers and service providers of productionline applications.  USDV team memberscome from ITRI EOL (Industrial Technology Research Institute’s Electronic andOptoelectronic System Research Laboratories) and specialized in automatedoptical inspection (AOI) of machine vision technology research anddevelopment!  We had completed aprecision optical measurement system for aerospace & Vehicle fasteners atthe time.

Responding to escalating quality assurancerequirements of Taiwan Fastener Industry but still stay in strengthen firstarticle inspection and final screening seized, the in-process detection isstill stuck in the traditional detection methods and unable to added value ofthe industry.  USDV R & D teammembers then decided to establish this company by ITRI counseling, and soondeveloped an intelligent 3Dfastener measurement system. A fast, automatic,precision optical detection capability to provide high-quality industrialfasteners In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) equipment to assist the industry toenhance quality assurance capabilities

Vision:In view of the high cost ofinvestment in General Precision Optical Measurement Equipment, it is not easyto be widely used in thin-Process detection.
